Having been users of Web-forms and working with Web Control for many years we were fully aware of the issues that Web-forms gives us and the limitations of the software. So when Web Control approached us regarding a change to their new solution that eradicate all those issues I was sceptic.

However we were impressed with the proposed functionality and were especially impressed with the error handling capability. The fact that any documents not processing would automatically be removed and an email alert sent was very helpful.

Now that implementation has been completed again in a very professional manner I can confirm that OneDocs does what it says on the tin. Very impressed and pleased we made the decision to migrate to it.

We opted to implement OneDocs to give our process a simple way of emailing, printing and archiving our data and essential forms. We included all our reports and documents to give us more flexibility in how we export our data and provide a basis for workflow on our processes should we require it.

We wanted to implement a system that would help us move to a near paperless office, being originally reliant upon old generation band printers with limited support this was a business risk, we found that OneDocs was an ideal solution for this. Giving us the opportunity to automate many of our processes and develop professional documents and permitting these to be output on general multi-functional devices.
