Systems Integration & APIs

Engineers with the right information, and the office with the full story.

Connect your field service platform to your ERP so customers, assets, technicians and jobs stay in sync, and the notes, parts and labour from every visit come back without re-keying.

The problem

Two systems, one customer, one job.

A specialist field service platform is great for scheduling and mobile engineers. But if it doesn't share data with your ERP, someone has to keep customers, assets and parts aligned and key completed work back in for costing and billing.

We connect the two so each system does what it's best at, and information moves between them as part of the process rather than as an afterthought.

What the integration does

  • Synchronises customers, sites and assets or vehicles.
  • Shares technicians and jobs with the field service platform.
  • Writes notes, parts used and labour back to your ERP.
  • Makes pricing, stock and reference data available through a secured API.
  • Records completion and operational updates so the office sees progress.
01 / How it works

Out to the field, back to the ERP.

01

Reference data

Customers, assets and technicians are validated and kept aligned across both systems.

02

Jobs

Work is created and shared so engineers have what they need on site.

03

On-site lookups

Prices, parts and reference data are available through a secured API rather than direct ERP access.

04

Write back

Notes, parts and labour return to your ERP, with failures held for review.

02 / Dennis Eagle

AssetMinder connected to Avante.

For Dennis Eagle, we connected the AssetMinder field service platform with their Avante ERP. Customers, vehicles, technicians and jobs are synchronised; notes, parts and labour are written back; and pricing and reference data are available through a secured API.

It's one of several integrations we support around Dennis Eagle's Avante system, alongside accounts payable, expenses, aftermarket parts and planning.
